It’s not what we do that makes us different. It’s how we work and what we achieve
for our clients that sets us apart. In the following sections, you’ll gain a flavour
of how we’ll work together to create the right space for your business.
It’s been said that we make our buildings, then they make us. At Mansfield Monk, we couldn’t agree more. A close-knit team of architects and designers with design and refurbishment projects across London, the UK and further afield, we’ve been creating spaces that bring the best out of people for almost 25 years.
Importantly, all our projects are led by a director. When it comes to delivering an inspiring design that works, there is no substitute for experience. That’s why all our projects are led by a professionally qualified director with an equally sharp technical brain and design eye.
Our clients’ aims are ours, too. On every project, we apply unique thinking to meet their priorities, whether that’s space efficiency, team productivity, sustainability or well being. Throughout, considered design and quality execution guide everything we do.
Trudy Alston, CGD
We’re not new to this. We’ve been bringing our personal,
thoughtful approach to ‘traditional’ and design-and build-projects
since 1992. Since then our two founders, John Monk and
Ian Mansfield, have added to the team, and we now have a wealth
of in-house design and consultancy expertise, plus an industry
reputation that’s seen us deliver projects throughout Europe.
Some things haven’t altered in the last twenty years, though.
Creating an enjoyable, collaborative process for clients has been
important to us from day one and that hasn’t changed at all.
Indeed, many of our clients have been with us for over
ten years – and some right from the beginning.
We’re proud of the fact that our people stay as long as our clients. With stability comes stronger relationships and better service. Together, our people have made us the responsive, professional business we are today. And individually, they’ve added the colour and character that we pass on to all our projects.
Here’s where you can get a better idea of how they will support your project.
A different way of working in a new building? Or a cleverer way of using
an existing space? Whether you have new priorities for your
people and performance, or a new address for your whole team,
we’d love to hear from you.
