The interior design and refurbishment of this 1990's apartment, in Ingatestone, Essex, involved us being approached by our client to initially survey and re-plan the internal layout to suit their requirements, prior to purchase. The project progressed into a full refurbishment with interior design which was project managed on behalf of our client from start to finish. The initial brief was expanded and a finishes scheme was developed alongside a full drawing package and scope of works, which was tendered to three local contractors. As part of the refurbishment of the property, we managed the necessary Building Regulations application, landlord approvals and the 7 week construction programme.
