Working with and alongside a local, reputable house builder, we were brought into design and develop a small housing development consisting of 13 new homes with a mixture of 2 bedroom apartments, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Working closely with the builder we managed the planning approval procedure and all relevant statutory Building Regulations, as well as undertaking the internal design and finishes specification.
