Requiring renovation, this Grade 2 listed building in the Writtle conservation area (built in 1582) had become part of the adjacent Leete hotel. Mansfield Monk were appointed to restore the building to its original separate configuration whilst completely renovating the entire structure. This included a new roof, wall linings and footings.
