Having assisted City Green fulfil Dong Energy’s need to expand into the lower ground floor of their offices at Grosvenor Place, we are pleased to have been appointed as Architects and Interior Designers to assist with their further growth in to the first floor.
Mansfield Monk with Citygreen contractors have completed works on the design and office fit-out for Penna at their new offices at 5 Fleet Place, London. The design covers two floors and is fresh and lively, reflecting the creativity of the companies two recruitment and marketing communications branches, Penna Barkers and TCS.
Mansfield Monk have been appointed to assist Munich Re with the proposed reconfiguration of their Business Support Unit at their Plantation Place office’s in Fenchurch Street.
As part of our on-going relationship with Aspen Re, we are developing the space planning and design of their new offices in San Fransico, USA.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the completion of All Global's new office in The Tea Building, Shoreditch. The design for the 7,800 sq ft premises incorporated open working plan and break-out area and office and meeting rooms.
Work has now been completed on the headquarters of Paradigm Housing in Glory Park, Woburn Green near High Wycombe. The design included carrying the company's new corporate imagery and branding through 3 floors of open-plan, office and break-out areas, including a striking double height reception area.
In partnership with contractors Citygreen, Mansfield Monk have completed works on the new office space for Gamit, aviation asset management specialists, near Stansted Airport in Essex. The interior design scheme and fit-out has provided Gamit with a contemporary and professional 7,300 sq ft office space that reflects their place in the market.

Mansfield Monk have been appointed for the interior design and fit out of Aegis' new offices in Gracechurch Street, London. The Insurance Services company require a fresh office environment that reflects their new corporate branding and meets the growth needs of the company.
We are pleased to have been appointed as architects and interior designers for Knight Frank's Sloane Square estate agents offices. The detail design will involve a new reception area, interior and exterior signage and the implementation of the latest corporate branding developed with Knight Frank in-house team.

We are pleased to have been selected as architects and interior designers for the refurbishment of ED & F Man's current offices in the Cottons Centre, Hays Lane, London.
MM are assisting London Medical, (the leading medical centre for diabetes, eye and heart treatments), expand into the first floor of their current premises in Marylebone High Street, London. The brief is for a crisp and modern design that is in line with the progressive work provided there. The project will include the refurbishment of the other two floors, and will include consultancy and treatment rooms, assessment, reception and waiting areas. It will also involve the relocation and installation of a new lift and will be carried out while the centre is in use.

Working closely with City Green, we have been appointed to assist All Global with their relocation to the iconic Tea Building in Shoreditch High Street. We successfully concluded the selection process with a design which satisfied All Global’s brief on a number of levels; pragmatic, yet dynamic in its approach to the planning, sympathetic to the character of the former Lipton’s building yet strong enough to stamp All Global’s own identity on the space.
Mansfield Monk are also working with City Green on the design for Ithaca Partners new offices near Bow Lane. Ithaca Partner’s relocation is as a result of their recent expansion and a desire to express a strong identity for their successful executive recruitment business.

Mansfield Monk have been appointed as design consultants for Aspen’s New York office fit-out. Completion is expected to be in Autumn 2010.
Following the successful relocation of Caixa Geral de Depositos, one of Portugal’s leading financial institutions, to the Second Floor of 10, King William Street, Mansfield Monk have been appointed to design the bank’s new Ground Floor premises. The mix of high quality office and client facing space is due for completion in April 2010.
Scott Wilson have appointed Mansfield Monk for Phase 2 of their Basingstoke Office building refurbishment. Phase 1 was completed in December 2008. Completion of Phase 2 is likely to be in Spring 2010.
Mansfield Monk are delighted to have been appointed to assist Essex based charity, Theatre Resource, with the interior design of their proposed multi-purpose Arts Education Centre at Chipping Ongar. The Centre will promote the arts, culture and heritage of disabled people and other excluded people. The existing Centre is being expanded and improved to include a fully accessible residential block, supported housing flats, a new studio and conferencing facility and enhanced teaching and training facilities. This national project will be the first of its kind in the UK.

Mansfield Monk has been appointed by a major pharmaceutical company for the feasibility and outline design of their new warehouse project to be based in the South East of England. Project completion is due in December 2010.
Taleo, the software company, have chosen Mansfield Monk to design their new 8,000 sq ft UK Headquarters based in Chiswick, London.
Working with Morgan Lovell, Mansfield Monk has started the design process on an infrastructure company’s 46,000sq ft International design hub. The design compromises flexible open-plan working, meeting and break-out areas and is the third project that Mansfield Monk has worked on for this client.
In conjunction with G5 Developments, Mansfield Monk has secured the design on a 6,000 sq ft fit-out for Finam, the Russian investment company, based on the 26th floor of the Old Stock Exchange Building at 125 Old Broad Street, London.

The Senior Director’s Unit addresses the very specific transition needs of Directors and Senior Professionals. The design therefore focuses on quality, comfort and a personal approach.
In partnership with contractors Citygreen, Mansfield Monk have completed new office space for leading Northern European energy provider Dong Energy, providing a new client meeting facility, staff break out and general office space to support their expanding workforce.
Mansfield Monk have been appointed to assist AKQA, a leading ideas driven agency, with the refurbishment of their existing Boardroom. The proposed scheme will provide a state of the art presentation facility with automated scene setting and flexible controls to support a variety of meeting and presentation requirements.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the successful completion of approximately 16,000 sq ft of offices in Portland Square for a leading private equity firm. Working with Savills Building Consultancy team as Project Managers and BW Interiors, as the Main Contractor, the high-quality interior scheme was designed to accommodate a new portfolio of artwork selected by the client specifically for the space as well as a four metre long aquarium in reception.
Mansfield Monk have once again been appointed by the legal firm DLA Piper to complete works on their Birmingham headquarters.
