Mansfield Monk have been appointed as design consultants for Aspen’s New York office fit-out. Completion is expected to be in Autumn 2010.
Following the successful relocation of Caixa Geral de Depositos, one of Portugal’s leading financial institutions, to the Second Floor of 10, King William Street, Mansfield Monk have been appointed to design the bank’s new Ground Floor premises. The mix of high quality office and client facing space is due for completion in April 2010.
Scott Wilson have appointed Mansfield Monk for Phase 2 of their Basingstoke Office building refurbishment. Phase 1 was completed in December 2008. Completion of Phase 2 is likely to be in Spring 2010.
Mansfield Monk are delighted to have been appointed to assist Essex based charity, Theatre Resource, with the interior design of their proposed multi-purpose Arts Education Centre at Chipping Ongar. The Centre will promote the arts, culture and heritage of disabled people and other excluded people. The existing Centre is being expanded and improved to include a fully accessible residential block, supported housing flats, a new studio and conferencing facility and enhanced teaching and training facilities. This national project will be the first of its kind in the UK.

Mansfield Monk have successfully completed Torus Insurances’ new Amsterdam office providing space for 20 staff in the prestigious ITO Tower, forming Torus’ european office hub.

Mansfield Monk have been appointed as Interior Designers for Paradigm Housing Group’s new 30,000 sq ft headquarters building at Wooburn Green, High Wycombe. Work on site will commence in February 2010.

Paradigm Housing has appointed Mansfield Monk as architects for the fit-out of their new offices at Glory Park near High Wycombe.
Mansfield Monk have been appointed to undertake the interior design of Aspen Insurance’s additional City office. The project is due to start on site in January 2010.

Mansfield Monk has been appointed by a major pharmaceutical company for the feasibility and outline design of their new warehouse project to be based in the South East of England. Project completion is due in December 2010.
Taleo, the software company, have chosen Mansfield Monk to design their new 8,000 sq ft UK Headquarters based in Chiswick, London.
Working with Morgan Lovell, Mansfield Monk has started the design process on an infrastructure company’s 46,000sq ft International design hub. The design compromises flexible open-plan working, meeting and break-out areas and is the third project that Mansfield Monk has worked on for this client.
In conjunction with G5 Developments, Mansfield Monk has secured the design on a 6,000 sq ft fit-out for Finam, the Russian investment company, based on the 26th floor of the Old Stock Exchange Building at 125 Old Broad Street, London.

In conjunction with contractors Citygreen, Mansfield Monk have completed offices for Penna Plc, a global human management consultancy. The Senior Director’s Unit addresses the very specific transition needs of Directors and Senior Professionals. The design therefore focuses on quality, comfort and a personal approach.
In partnership with contractors Citygreen, Mansfield Monk have completed new office space for leading Northern European energy provider Dong Energy, providing a new client meeting facility, staff break out and general office space to support their expanding workforce.
Mansfield Monk have been appointed to assist AKQA, a leading ideas driven agency, with the refurbishment of their existing Boardroom. The proposed scheme will provide a state of the art presentation facility with automated scene setting and flexible controls to support a variety of meeting and presentation requirements.

Mansfield Monk has commenced work on the refurbishment of offices for Coller Capital, the private equity investor, at 33 Cavendish Square.

Mansfield Monk have won two new projects with Main Contractors Citygreen. Based in Grosvenor Place, Dong Energy are expanding into the 15,000 sq ft lower ground floor premises. The recruitment company, Penna Plc, are relocating their Senior Directors Unit to a new 4,500 sq ft office in Cavendish Square.

Property consultants, The Lorenz Consultancy, have appointed Mansfield Monk for the design of their new Hanover Square headquarters.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the successful completion of approximately 16,000 sq ft of offices in Portland Square for a leading private equity firm. Working with Savills Building Consultancy team as Project Managers and BW Interiors, as the Main Contractor, the high-quality interior scheme was designed to accommodate a new portfolio of artwork selected by the client specifically for the space as well as a four metre long aquarium in reception.
Mansfield Monk have once again been appointed by the legal firm DLA Piper to complete works on their Birmingham headquarters.

Work has been completed on the Mansfield Monk designed projects for Aspen Re in Zurich and Paris. We are currently working on the design of the Dublin office, which is expected to be fitted out in Summer 2009.

The final touches to the 7,500 sq ft design and fit out of the new Scott Wilson Ashford branch by Mansfield Monk were concluded this month.

Mansfield Monk have completed the design for the 25,000 sq ft refurbishment of Scott Wilson's premises in Greencoat Place, London. Construction works will be complete in December 2008.
The long standing partnership with Aspen Re continues this month as Mansfield Monk were appointed as architects and interior designers for the Aspen Re Dublin branch.
