We have recently completed work on an eye-catching office fit-out in Gracechurch Street for Aegis, the utility and energy mutual insurance company. The scheme is designed to accommodate the projected growth needs with striking finishes that reflect the company's new branding. The fit-out includes a large reception and meeting room suite, with open plan and cellular working areas.

Following the successful refurbishment of the Lower Ground Floor, Mansfield Monk in partnership with Citygreen have completed the First Floor, 33 Grosvenor Place for Danish energy company Dong. The 13,000 square foot floor comprises of open plan, office and ancillary space. An informal meeting, break out and library area occupies the 'Bridge' which benefits from full height glazing overlooking the buildings central atria. The Dong 'look and feel' has been carried through from the lower floors to provide a consistent interior aesthetic.
We are pleased to have been appointed by Woodford Green Preparatory School to project manage and prepare design proposals for their new reception area. The proposed scheme will transform the existing main entrance and design technology room to form a modern reception with waiting area, Bursars office and main administration office for the schools support staff.
Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce our appointment as architects on a 185,000 sq ft warehouse in Waltham Cross. The refurbishment, to include creating an office mezzanine and reconfiguring existing office space, is due for completion in July 2011.

Mansfield Monk have completed work on an office refurbishment for Coller Capital in Cavendish Square, London. The design and office fit-out of the 25,000 sq ft premises covered 2 floors and involved refurbishment, reconfiguration and rationalisation, together with new executive shower and toilet suites.

We are pleased to announce our appointment by NBI Consulting as designers for their new London office's in Wellbeck Street. In association with Citygreen, we aim to transform the space into a 'boutique' style office and meeting room environment reflective of a company specialising in the Executive Search market.

We are pleased to have been appointed by Knight Frank, nationwide estate agents, for the refurbishment of their newly acquired premises in Carfax, Horsham. The ground floor of the Victorian building will be refurbished internally to create a residential sales and letting office, the exterior of the retail unit will be completely refurbished and will incorporate the company's branding and signage.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the appointment of their new Junior Designer, Louise Charouneau. Louise has previously worked at both Tsunami Axis and Pringle Brandon and we look forward to her becoming an integral part of the Mansfield Monk team.

Appointed as interior designers for Egyptair, we have completed the design of their new reception, boardroom and offices in Hammersmith, London. Working alongside Citygreen the scheme supports the airline's branding with bold use of corporate colours throughout.

In partnership with Citygreen, we have completed the refurbishment of the main reception at 95 Cromwell Road, London for Cheval Properties. Providing a new reception desk, lighting and a striking coloured wall of fabric wrapped panels the space has been reinvigorated to assist with the marketing and letting of office accommodation.

Mansfield Monk has completed an internal refurbishment of a purpose built residential flat in Ingatestone, Essex. Responsible for Building Regulations application, landlord approvals and interior design, the project was completed on budget and within a 7 week timescale.

Mansfield Monk with Citygreen contractors have completed works on the design and office fit-out for Penna at their new offices at 5 Fleet Place, London. The design covers two floors and is fresh and lively, reflecting the creativity of the companies two recruitment and marketing communications branches, Penna Barkers and TCS.

The design included carrying the company's new corporate imagery and branding through 3 floors of open-plan, office and break-out areas, including a striking double height reception area.

The interior design scheme and fit-out has provided Gamit with a contemporary and professional 7,300 sq ft office space that reflects their place in the market.

We are pleased to have been appointed as architects and interior designers for Knight Frank's Sloane Avenue estate agents offices. The detail design will involve a new reception area, interior and exterior signage and the implementation of the latest corporate branding developed with Knight Frank in-house team.

We are pleased to have been selected as architects and interior designers for the refurbishment of ED & F Man's current offices in the Cottons Centre, Hays Lane, London.

MM are assisting London Medical, (the leading medical centre for diabetes, eye and heart treatments), expand into the first floor of their current premises in Marylebone High Street, London. The brief is for a crisp and modern design that is in line with the progressive work provided there. The project will include the refurbishment of the other two floors, and will include consultancy and treatment rooms, assessment, reception and waiting areas. It will also involve the relocation and installation of a new lift and will be carried out while the centre is in use.

Working closely with Citygreen, we have been appointed to assist All Global with their relocation to the iconic Tea Building in Shoreditch High Street. We successfully concluded the selection process with a design which satisfied All Global’s brief on a number of levels; pragmatic, yet dynamic in its approach to the planning, sympathetic to the character of the former Lipton’s building yet strong enough to stamp All Global’s own identity on the space.

Mansfield Monk is also working with Citygreen on the design for Ithaca Partners new offices near Bow Lane. Ithaca Partner’s relocation is as a result of their recent expansion and a desire to express a strong identity for their successful executive recruitment business.

Mansfield Monk has been appointed as design consultants for Aspen’s New York office fit-out. Completion is expected to be in Autumn 2010.

Following the successful relocation of Caixa Geral de Depositos, one of Portugal’s leading financial institutions, to the Second Floor of 10, King William Street, Mansfield Monk have been appointed to design the bank’s new Ground Floor premises. The mix of high quality office and client facing space is due for completion in April 2010.

Scott Wilson has appointed Mansfield Monk for Phase 2 of their Basingstoke Office building refurbishment. Phase 1 was completed in December 2008. Completion of Phase 2 is likely to be in spring 2010.

Mansfield Monk are delighted to have been appointed to assist Essex based charity, Theatre Resource, with the interior design of their proposed multi-purpose Arts Education Centre at Chipping Ongar. The Centre will promote the arts, culture and heritage of disabled people and other excluded people. The existing Centre is being expanded and improved to include a fully accessible residential block, supported housing flats, a new studio and conferencing facility and enhanced teaching and training facilities. This national project will be the first of its kind in the UK.
