Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the completion of fit-out works at Munich Re’s Life Branch office in Canary Wharf. The project included the design and fit-out of a new spacious breakout area, upgrades to existing internal meeting rooms and the creation of collaborative working zones throughout the 12,000 sq ft floor. Large supergraphics and colour have been utilised to enliven the spaces, create identity and help reinforce new corporate branding. The work was completed in phases, by fit-out contractor Area Sq whilst the client remained in occupation.

New office designs are underway for the international payment services company, Voice Commerce Group, soon to be based at Capital Park, Cambridge. Appointed by contractor’s Citygreen we are providing designs for flexible open plan office space for nearly150 people, together with meeting rooms and break-out areas.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce a further appointment to manage internal moves and provide detailed tender package for an internal refurbishment to support an expanding business. Sporting Index group is a privately owned business based in Kennington, South London and is well known as a world leader in sports spread betting.
Mansfield Monk have been appointed to commence the Feasibility and Planning Approval process for the refurbishment/renovation of two Listed barns in Hertfordshire.

We are pleased to announce the completion of new offices for Aspen Re at the LUC, Minster Court, London. The refurbishment has transformed the first floor space with a new branding and a cohesive design. In addition to open plan area for 60 staff, the fit out includes a new entrance area, meeting room suite and combined interactive meeting and break-out space.
Having recently completed the refurbishment and extension of their 168,00 sq ft warehouse at Waltham Cross, Mansfield Monk are providing continuing support to The Delta Group with respect to ongoing reorganisation and expansion on the site.

As part of our on-going working relationship with international law firm Slaughter and May we have completed the refurbishment of their Client Washrooms. The areas now have a luxury feel and are consistent with the finishes used in the original fit-out incorporating Kirkstone, which is used throughout the building at One Bunhill Row, London.
Additionally, working alongside consultants Bluesky, we have completed two hub area’s located within Slaughter and May’s client meeting suite. Each hub provides a professional break out space for clients and personnel. We have specified high quality furniture and finishes and state of the art motorised monitors which fold away when not in use.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the completion of refurbishment and office fit-out works for network specialists, Ciena. The project involved the relocation of labs and training rooms from the existing premises in Worship Street to a new facility in nearby Scrutton Street. The space created by this move has allowed for a new executive briefing area including reception, meeting rooms and open plan breakout area.

National law firm Mills & Reeve have appointed Mansfield Monk as designers for their new headquarters in Cambridge. Botanic House forms part of a mixed use scheme currently under construction and this high profile speculative development is the first in the City for over 20 years. We are working closely with Mills & Reeve to develop a design which is representative of their status as one of the UK’s top leading law firms.
We are pleased to be working with contractors Citygreen on the office design and fit-out of french hedge fund DWC at their new offices in Berkeley Street, London. The office design will accommodate reception, meeting room and open plan offices as well as a teapoint area for staff.

Concept designs for The Intsitution of Mechanical Engineers, at One Birdcage Walk, London have started with the front of house and event spaces. The designs are set to combine original elements of the historic building with a clean and fresh refurbishment.

Designs for H2 Equity Partners new offices in Wigmore Street have now been approved and work on site has commenced. The design concept for the private equity firm is one of high quality furniture and finishes combined with a modern twist. Mansfield Monk will be working on the 3000 sq ft Cat B fit-out project with Citygreen as the main contractors and will complete in 6 weeks time.

Mansfield Monk are currently in the process of finalising the scheme for the latest project with Aspen Insurance Talstrausse, Zurich. The Swiss satellite office will include the complete refurbishment of 10,000 sq ft of space over two floors and will include a combination of open plan and cellular offices, internal staircase and meeting rooms.

Due to their recent expansion Torus, the insurance specialist, have selected Mansfield Monk to design the layout and interior of their new offices at Bankside House, London. The space will accommodate over 80 staff in a combination of cellular and open plan workspace and the design will reflect the modern style of Torus’ branding. Work will commence this month and completion is expected in September.

We are pleased to have been appointed by IME, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, for the refurbishment of their grade II listed premises in Birdcage Walk, London. The project, which is expected to last 14 months, will involve the re-planning and renovation of a number of their front of house facilities.

Long-standing international client Aspen Re has appointed Mansfield Monk for the interior design and fit-out of their LUC Minster Court offices in London. The 7000 sq ft refurbishment will include open plan workspace, private offices and meeting rooms together with an 'interactive break-out technology suite'.

Mansfield Monk have been employed by Knight Frank to design the interior of their new offices in Lord Foster’s mixed-use development at Albion Riverside on the south bank of the Thames. The flagship offices will incorporate the usual Knight Frank branding but it will be a departure from norm, reflecting the architecture of the base-building and its prestigious location. Work on site will commence in October 2011.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to be appointed by Jigsaw Research, the market research company, to provide design services for their new headquarters at Berners Street, London. Working alongside Citygreen we are creating an 'attic studio' style interior to the open plan working, meeting rooms and holding areas. Work has commenced and the project is due to complete in July.

Mansfied Monk have commenced design work on the refurbishment of part of Scott Wilson’s URS London headquarters.
We are pleased to announce the completion of refurbishment works to Woodford Green Preparatory School. The scheme transformed the existing main entrance in to a modern reception with waiting area and offices.

A Cat A and B refurbishment consisting of management and administration offices with a versatile boardroom and meeting room suite capable of being combined into a single conference facility for over 50 people.

Cheval Properties have appointed Mansfield Monk to provide design services for the refurbishment of the reception and common parts at one of their prestigious office buildings on Brompton Road. This will be our second project with Cheval and will aim to transform the space in to a light and modern reception and new entrance to increase the letting potential of the buildings office accommodation.

Mansfield Monk are pleased to announce the completion of NBI Human Capital Limited's new offices at Welbeck Street, London. The project, carried out in conjunction with contractors Citygreen, transformed two floors of a period townhouse into open plan office space, reception, meeting and breakout facilities. The design whilst being modern and contemporary drew on inspiration from the history of the building and incorporated many existing period architectural features.
